hey guys, wont have believed it's six years since
i have been there.this website which i am seeing for
the first time has just reminded me of the family
i left behind. As is well known, family is not bioligical,
but the perple who have crossed your path and left
imprints on your mind. So, to my family i say, keep
on keeping on and i will endevour to do my part from
here in canada. And when it gets tough ,always remember
that for every person who leaves this place because
of AIDS,that is one more shoulder to climb/stand on
and one more person to live for. All my love and support.

I am very interested in how Jamaicans are fighting
HIV/AIDS. In 1999 during the social work convention
at UWI I attended Professor Uche's lecture on HIV
related issues. I am interested in volunteering in
Jamaica within this field - any suggestions regarding
hoow this can become a reality will be appreciated.
I am a social worker (9 years) experience.

Hi Ian, it is June Taylor who worked at Epi with
Catherine. I am now married and living in England.
I think the website is great. It is very informative
and it was a good idea to put it on the Gleaner's
website. I found it while opening the Gleaner. Say
hi to Jospeph for me. Take care. Love June

My Poem You didn't ask for it but it found you
The news was devastating and too true Told you were
slowly dying from the inside out Anger and tears made
you cry and shout Your family and friends need to
understand Whats happened to you is in gods hands
No you did not ask for or do you disserve it Nothing
will stop it not even your wit Your life style at
times is held up to ridicule You have done no wrong,
broken no rules We are told how and what to believe
in Done by people that say they never sin Some people
might look at you and say You got what was coming
now time to pay What if it happened to their son or
daughter They would take time to stop their laughter
Science and money has found no cure There is one thing
we know that's for sure From politicians to those
in hi places We need their help so please show your
faces Your words, sole, and spirit will remain Please
show us how we might change Peoples perceptions and
way of thinking Life goes by in the time of us blinking
When you look up and draw your last breath Have no
fear we will all do our best To carry the message
and help all others Show the world we love our sisters
and bothers Brian Skakun

Hey People wonderful and informative website indeed.
Actually going through the guest book I found the
email address of a long lost love in Montego Bay Jamaica.
I have heard from him in months. Now I do everyweek.
Also Gareth I saw you Picture. I will definately meet
you soon. I know that it is hard a task to keep this
programme running so I wish everyone would join me
in making a monthly cash donation to this organisation.
Ian I think you need to get the USAID to sponsor the
Hostile for children in Brandon Hill Montego Bay.
I see the kids are so innocent they need more attention.
To all my Gay brothers, Lesbian sisters, Bi-Sexual
counsins and my Heterosexual Parents and family out
there, lets remember to play it safe by using a condom
everytime and if you know of someone who does not
use a condom or can't afford a pack please sponsor
them a pack as you can help to save a life and a generation
free from Aids. Love you all Jamaica and see you all
at JAS next year fall. One love, Jamie
