Today I saw a link for your website jamaicaaidssupport.com,I started reading the site and while I was reading I started to cry Because I started thinking about my sister that died of the Aids virus last year in Jamaica.. My father has alot of children over 20 children all over the place we all have had a rough life! While I was in Jamaica on vacation in 99 I came in contact with some of my sibling including my beautiful sister that past away, I went to see her I am glad I got that chance to see her and she saw me and I held her but it hurts me because that is the only chance I got to be with her, she passed through my life like a breeze and this will forever haunt me, we never fully met I had been praying and waiting for that moment to meet her all my life thinking of all the things we would do and share when we met but my beautiful sister has just become a mystery in my life I will forever wonder who she really was! I am very glad Jamaica is making more effort in conquering this disease and educating people I am very proud of this website and I will try my very best to help with donations.

I'm an eighteen year od girl who decided to visit this website this morning after watching Smile Jamaica. This is a good way of informing people about Aids and also what is being done in Jamaica to help these affected persons. I'm definately going to visit again to keep up to date of the happenings.

I read with interest the comments from people who have accessed the site. My concern is with those that many Jamaicans would shun, namely those men and women who are in same sex relationships who might face yet further stigma because of their sexuality. These people along with their family members must also be given the full support of the community. HIV/AIDS has no prejudices nor should we?
